Maide Kanan was forced for the third time to prepare a turtle dish for feeding her family of refugees, currently living in the present time in a tent in Khan-Yunis in the southern sector of Gaza.
Despite the difficulties that refugees face, she has shared her experience of preparing a delicious dish from the turtle with neighbors. "I do this to ensure that the children receive nutritious food in conditions of extreme need," Maide said.
